Getting Started
Welcome to OnePath
OnePath is the AI front desk for your business: it picks up leads from your website, phone line, texts, email, and lead platforms, talks to the customer, qualifies the job, and books it straight into your field service software.
How OnePath works
Leads, conversations, opportunities, appointments, channels, and how a booking flows from first contact to a job in your schedule.
Your workspace
The Dashboard, Customers, and Interactions screens, plus search, the calendar, and outreach campaigns.
Account setup wizard
What each phase of setup asks for, which steps are required, and what happens when you go live.
Account settings
Every setting by section: Business, Service Setup, Lead Capture, AI & Alerts.

New to OnePath?
- Read How OnePath works once. Ten minutes, and the rest of the app makes sense.
- Work through the Account setup wizard. It walks you through your business, your field service software, your phone number, and your services.
- Ask your web developer to add the booking widget: send them Web Widgets.
- Turn on Notifications so your team hears about every booking.
- Fill in Escalations. Every conversation your AI assistant hands to your team becomes a task, and these inboxes are emailed.
Roles at a glance
