Page Won't Load

FIX IN 30 SECONDS

Try These in Order:

1. Refresh (Fixes 80%)

  • Press F5 (Windows)
  • Or Cmd + R (Mac)
  • Wait 10 seconds

2. Still Blank?

  • Press Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R (hard refresh)
  • This clears cache while refreshing

3. Still Broken?

  • Close tab
  • Open HumanForce in new tab
  • Or click email link again

If you see a blank screen or loading error → Press F5 to refresh

If It Keeps Happening

  • Clear your browser cache: Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  • Select "Cached images and files"
  • Click "Clear data"
  • Try again

Phone Not Working

CAN'T MAKE CALLS?

Most Common: Microphone Permission

What You'll See:

  • Click call button
  • Nothing happens
  • Or "Microphone access required" message

The Fix:

  1. Browser will show popup at top: "Allow microphone?"
  2. Click "Allow"
  3. Try call again - should work now

If You Clicked "Block" By Accident:

  • Click the 🔒 lock icon next to URL
  • Find "Microphone" setting
  • Change to "Allow"
  • Refresh page
  • Try again

Other Phone Problems

Call Connects Then Drops:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Close other voice apps (Zoom, Teams)
  • Try again in 30 seconds
  • If keeps happening: use message instead

No Sound:

  • Check computer volume (not muted)
  • Check browser isn't muted (tab icon)
  • Try headphones
  • Restart browser

Can't Hear Customer:

  • Ask them to check their phone
  • Try calling different number
  • Use speaker icon to adjust volume

Can't Send Messages

MESSAGES WON'T SEND?

Check This First:

For RCS Messages:

  • RCS only works with mobile phones
  • If customer number is landline → Use Email instead
  • Look for "mobile" label next to contact

For Email:

  • Customer must have email contact
  • Check email address is valid
  • Wait 30 seconds (system can be slow)

Quick Fix:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Try sending again
  3. If still broken → Try different contact method

Alternative Contact Methods

  • RCS not working → Try Email
  • Email not working → Try Phone Call
  • Everything failing → Add note: "Couldn't reach customer, tried all methods"

Task Disappeared

WHERE'D MY TASK GO?

3 Reasons Tasks Disappear:

1. Timeout (Most Common)

  • You were inactive for 2+ minutes
  • System released task back to queue
  • Fix: Get next task from email/Five9

2. You're Looking at Wrong Place

  • Task is still there!
  • Check your email for task link
  • Click the link → You're back!

3. Someone Else Claimed It

  • Another agent got it first
  • This is normal
  • Fix: Claim next available task

How to Avoid Losing Tasks

  • Move mouse every minute
  • Type notes while working
  • Don't leave task open and walk away
  • Click "Continue Working" when warning appears

Error Messages

SAW AN ERROR?

Common Error Messages:

"Task Already Claimed"

  • Someone else got it first
  • Not your fault!
  • Get next task from queue

"Authorization Token Invalid"

  • Token expired (15 min limit)
  • Get new notification from Five9
  • Click fresh link

"Not Authorized"

  • You might be logged out
  • Refresh page
  • Log back in if needed

"Cannot Complete Action"

  • Usually temporary
  • Refresh page
  • Try again
  • If persists → Contact support

"Network Error"

  • Internet connection issue
  • Check your WiFi
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Try again

What To Do With Any Error

  1. Take screenshot (so you can report it)
  2. Write down exact error message
  3. Refresh page
  4. Try action again
  5. If still broken → Contact support with screenshot

Slow Performance

EVERYTHING RUNNING SLOW?

Quick Fixes:

1. Close Other Tabs

  • Too many tabs = slow browser
  • Close Netflix, YouTube, social media
  • Keep only HumanForce + Email open

2. Close Other Programs

  • Zoom, Teams, Slack using resources
  • Close what you don't need right now

3. Check Internet Speed

  • Run speed test: fast.com
  • If slow → restart router
  • Or switch to phone hotspot temporarily

4. Restart Browser

  • Close ALL browser windows
  • Open fresh
  • Go to HumanForce
  • Should be faster now

Prevention Tips

  • Clear cache once per week
  • Don't keep 20+ tabs open
  • Restart browser daily
  • Use Chrome or Firefox (fastest)

Buttons Not Working

CAN'T CLICK ANYTHING?

What's Happening:

  • Buttons gray/disabled
  • Clicks do nothing
  • Page frozen

Quick Fix:

  1. Wait 10 seconds (might be loading)
  2. Refresh page (F5 or Cmd+R)
  3. Try again

If Specific Button Disabled:

  • Read button tooltip (hover over it)
  • Might need to fill required fields first
  • Or complete previous step

If Everything Frozen:

  • Browser crashed
  • Close tab
  • Open new tab
  • Go back to HumanForce

Token Expired

TOKEN EXPIRED MESSAGE?

Why This Happens:

  • Email notification link is old (15+ min)
  • Token already used
  • Link clicked multiple times

The Fix:

  1. Close this tab
  2. Go to Five9 (or check email)
  3. Get NEW task notification
  4. Click fresh link
  5. Should work now

Prevention:

  • Claim tasks within 15 minutes of email
  • Don't bookmark task URLs (they expire)
  • Always use fresh email link

Try Different Browser

BROWSER ISSUES?

Recommended Browsers:

  • Chrome (Best - use this)
  • Firefox (Also good)
  • Edge (Works well)
  • ⚠️ Safari (Can have issues)
  • Internet Explorer (Don't use)

How to Switch:

  1. Open Chrome (or Firefox)
  2. Go to HumanForce
  3. Click email task link
  4. Should work better now

Still Having Browser Problems?

  • Update browser to latest version
  • Clear browser cache
  • Disable browser extensions
  • Try private/incognito mode
