What is HumanForce?
A task management system for handling customer conversations. When AI can't resolve an issue, it creates a task for you.
How do I access it?
You get email notifications through Five9. Click the link → Claim the task → Work on it.
Can I use it on my phone?
Not recommended. Works best on desktop/laptop. Mobile access is limited.
Do I need special software?
No. Just a web browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Edge (latest versions).
Security & Privacy
Is customer information secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and only authorized personnel can access it.
Can I share customer information?
Only through official business channels. Never share externally or with personal contacts.
Are conversations monitored?
Yes, for quality assurance and training.
What if a customer asks for my personal contact?
Decline politely. All communication must go through official channels.
