- Click communication widget (bottom right)
- Select "RCS Message" (text) or "Email"
- Type your message
- Click Send

Sending a Text Message
- Click the communication widget (bottom right)
- Select "RCS Message"
- Type your message
- Click Send

Follow-up After Call:

- Text: 1-2 sentences max
- Email: Get to the point quickly
